Please read these terms carefully before using Task4Cash platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Task4Cash (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Task4Cash is a platform that allows users to:
- Complete various online tasks
- Collect tokens as rewards for completed tasks
- Participate in referral programs
- Engage with surveys and verification processes
The Platform does NOT:
- Guarantee any form of income or earnings
- Provide investment opportunities
- Offer employment or job positions
- Promise monetary returns
3. User Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. Token System
Tokens collected on the Platform are virtual points with no inherent monetary value. They:
- Awarded for completion of tasks and activities
- Cannot be exchanged for real currency
- Does not expire.
- Cannot be transferred between accounts
- May be forfeited due to violation of these Terms
- Tokens of users who have completed KYC verification will be sent to the withdrawal address as SOL tokens generated on dates determined by the platform.
- The platform does not guarantee the listing date of the tokens on any exchange platform.
- Task4Cash Platform will transfer 70% of the sales proceeds of the paid tasks to the token exchange pool opened by the platform, within the dates determined by the platform.
5. KYC Verification
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required to access certain features. By completing KYC:
- You consent to the verification of your identity
- You understand that Solana transactions for verification are non-refundable
- You acknowledge that verification approval is at our sole discretion
- You agree that false information may result in account termination
- Family members can use the same Solana Wallet address for KYC verification
6. Referral Program
The referral program operates under the following conditions:
- Users may invite others using their unique referral link
- Referral rewards are distributed according to our matrix system
- Creating fake accounts for referral benefits is strictly prohibited
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated systems or bots to complete tasks
- Creating multiple accounts
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to hack or compromise the Platform
- Using the Platform for any illegal purposes
- Harassing other users or staff
- Manipulating the token or referral system
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Task4Cash or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE PLATFORM'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THE PLATFORM.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TASK4CASH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Task4Cash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any tokens in your account may be forfeited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, specifically the laws of the State of Berlin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, to the extent permitted under German law.
